Sound healing is an ancient tradition that has been utilized by various cultures either by using mantras, medicine melodies, or intervals and frequency. The intention is to balance and harmonize the body, bring awareness and presence in, and deeply relax the body-mind-system.

Sounds have a harmonizing effect on our energetic system - the aura, the chakras and their energy field, the meridian system-, heightening intuition and perception.
